霜降，是二十四节气中的第十八个节气，也是秋季的最后一个节气，于每年公历10月23日-24日交节。
霜降时节，万物毕成，毕入于戌，阳下入地，阴气始凝，天气渐寒始于霜降。
霜降不是表示“降霜”，而是表示气温骤降、昼夜温差大，秋燥明显。
此时，我们应注重保暖，调养身体，迎接冬天的到来。
Shuangjiang, the 18th solar term of the 24 solar terms, is also the last solar term of autumn, falling on October 23rd or 24th of the Gregorian calendar each year.
During Shuangjiang, all things have matured and entered the earth, with the yang qi descending and the yin qi beginning to condense.
The weather gradually becomes colder from Shuangjiang.
Shuangjiang does not mean "frost falling", but indicates a sudden drop in temperature, a large diurnal temperature variation, and obvious autumn dryness.
